CATALYSING HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
Context
Development is not one-size-fits-all. True development must include all aspects and dismantle structural barriers so that every individual, regardless of caste, class, gender, or geography, can live with dignity and seek and avail opportunity.
How We Do This Work
We co-create initiatives with communities, governments, and stakeholders to ensure that human development solutions reflect lived realities and needs. Our development programs tackle capability gaps, income generations, skill building, resource shortages, and challenging lack of opportunity and equity simultaneously, through participatory diagnostics, systems design, and value-based advocacy.

Why It Matters
Vulnerable communities face multiple, overlapping forms of exclusion, from identity-based violence to systemic deprivation. Our work offers both immediate relief and long-term structural change by putting the most marginalized voices at the center.
Case Study
Youth-Led Mental Health Interventions in Universities
Our work on the Raahat Project, a mental health program for LGBTQIA++ youth and allied initiatives within Indian universities, exemplifies a redefined approach to development, where mental health is recognized as integral to capability, dignity and opportunity. By co-creating interventions with youth from marginalized backgrounds, we reimagined development as a process of restoring agency, inclusion, and well-being.
