Case Study
The Raahat Project – Youth-Led Digital Mental Health Innovation
Raahat is our digital mental health initiative co-created with queer student communities across leading Indian universities. Designed as a free, multilingual, and culturally grounded learning program, Raahat focuses on awareness, self-care, and resilience.
The program was developed through deep engagement with student groups. Its short, interactive modules were designed to reflect the lived realities of young queer individuals navigating mental distress in often unsupportive environments.
Raahat demonstrates the power of inclusive design and student leadership in shaping mental health ecosystems that are accessible, affirming, and preventive.
